The ducks had been sorted already, but the cellphone would respawn and if you already had two ducks, you could repeat story sequences.
The dialouge has all been sorted; now you can collect any of the three items in any order. Old saves have been patch, but if you had finished the quest you'll have to do it over. Sorry!
